An almond tart shell filled with dulce de leche ganache and vanilla bavarois and topped with roasted almonds. This tart is made from Valrhona's brand new line of Dulcey chocolate, a caramelized white chocolate. It's unlike anything you've ever had before, and a tart you don't want to miss.

Recommendation: Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature 2 hours before serving.
