The St. Germain is made with vanilla bean pound cake covered in raspberry mousse and vanilla ganache with raspberry macarons.A light and airy cake, yet full of flavor.

This item is available for pick up or delivery in Manhattan ONLY, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Orders for Sunday pick up must be placed through the shop (212-995-0888). No deliveries on Sunday. Cake orders must be placed by 4 PM the day prior to delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday cannot be delivered until Tuesday.

AT CHECKOUT PICK: "MANHATTAN (NYC) ONLY, Pick Up or Delivery Shipping Options" Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

Recommendation: Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature 2 hours before serving.
