The Trianon consists of chocolate flourless cake with chocolate mousse, caramel crèmeux and fleur de sel. The combination of rich dark chocolate with sweet and salty caramel will have you going back for seconds.

This item is available for pick up or delivery in Manhattan ONLY, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Orders for Sunday pick up must be placed through the shop (212-995-0888). No deliveries on Sunday. Cake orders must be placed by 4 PM the day prior to delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday cannot be delivered until Tuesday.

In order to process your order you MUST enter your delivery date above.

AT CHECKOUT PICK: "MANHATTAN (NYC) ONLY, Pick Up or Delivery Shipping Options" Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

Recommendation: Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature 2 hours before serving.
