Francois' desire to create both delicious and interesting desserts is highlighted in the Chocolate Chiboust Tart. The almond tart shell is filled with a smooth caramel ganache beneath a layer of candied nuts, topped with a chocolate mousse and finished with a thin sheet of chocolate and white chocolate decoration
This item is available for pick up or delivery in Manhattan ONLY, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Orders for Sunday pick up must be placed through the shop (212-995-0888). No deliveries on Sunday.
Cake orders must be placed by 4 PM the day prior to delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday cannot be delivered until Tuesday.
In order to process your order you MUST enter your delivery date above.
