Like the iconic palace in France, the Louvre is one of Francois' signature Payard pastries and a best seller from the very beginning. It's classic dome shape in the 4-10 pp size and gold leaf and chocolate decorations accent this beautiful work of art. Enrobed in a chocolate glaze is chocolate mousse and hazelnut mousse layered with a hazelnut dacquoise over a hazelnut wafer.
4, 6, 8 and 10 people cakes are dome shaped
15 people or more are flat cakes
This item is available for pick up or delivery in Manhattan ONLY, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Orders for Sunday pick up must be placed through the shop (212-995-0888). No deliveries on Sunday.
Cake orders must be placed by 4 PM the day prior to delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday cannot be delivered until Tuesday.
In order to process your order you MUST enter your delivery date above.

Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

This cake is for the serious chocolate lover. It just melted in my mouth, I have nothing else to say, it's just perfect. Every single one of my guests couldn't have enough of it. I order the one for 20 people, we were 14 and somehow the whole cake disappeared. Hmmmm!!! I highly recommend it.
