I received these truffles through the mail. They were fresh and beautifully packaged. These were the best truffles I have ever had. I have had truffles from some of the most famous chocolatiers in the world, and theirs can't compete with Francois Payard. I strongly advise you try these. I only wish that Payards shipprd their Buches de Noel. Francois if you ever need someone to taste test something or would like to try and ship your Buches de Noel to see how they survive shipping, please don't hesitate to use me as a tester.
