Shipping policies
Manhattan delivery:
Orders in Manhattan for $15 are ONLY available for delivery. All orders
must be placed by 4 PM for next day delivery. In order to process any
pastry or savory
order you MUST enter your delivery date on the delivery box provided
for the item. Deliveries are only available in Manhattan Monday through
Friday
from 11 AM to 2 PM (no delivery on Saturday or Sundays). So, orders placed after 4pm on Friday cannot be delivered till Tuesday. Someone must
be present to sign for the delivery.
Modifications or cancellations
of orders require 24 hours notice. Orders received with less
than a 24 hour time frame are final sales and cannot be
canceled or modified. All orders are subject to
availability. If a shortage exists for any item you will be
notified.
FedEx:
When you order products from Payard you can be assured we will ship
your merchandise with the utmost care. The freshness of the product
will be just as if you had come to one of our boutiques.
We
carefully pack your purchased items so that they will reach you intact.
They are packed in shipping cartons using air bubble cushions to hold
them in place and protect them from bumps.

Shipping Options
FedEx 2 Day 2 business day
FedEx Express Saver 2 to 4 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight Next business day
No delivery on Saturdays
We ship from Monday through Thursday.
Perishables
Please
note that for all perishable items, we highly recommend to ship
STANDARD OVERNIGHT (next business day) to ensure your product arrives
in superb condition. As needed, your order will be packed with an ice
pack for the summer season.
From October to May (winter time), you can ship 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
Return policy
If
you are unsatisfied with the product received for any reason, simply
return it in their original packaging and we will refund the cost. Does
not include shipping charges.
Shipping restrictions
We only ship in the US territory. For Alaska and Hawaii please contact our customer service at sales@payard.com for assistance.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

Delivery restrictions
We only deliver in Manhattan, from 110th Street to Downtown-Monday through Saturday.
Please place your order before 4pm EST to be picked-up or delivered the following day during regular business hours.
By
signing your receipt, you certify that all pastries and/or
confectionary items ordered were received without any damage or flaws.
Payard is not liable for any damage that may occur after the signature
is obtained.
Here are the different steps:
1. Fill out your order: select the products that you wish to order and add them to your shopping basket
2. Select the date and time of pick-up or delivery
3. Pay for your order online
4. Once you have paid, you will receive an email confirming your order
5. Print out this email to pick-up your order

ensures the safety and security of your online orders.
Use and disclosure of information
We
use the information we collect to process your purchase transactions,
